Personal Information We Collect and How We Use It
The Site captures some information about you automatically utilizing background local storage and session storage technologies (“Cookies”) in order to improve the user experience. Cookies are small files or other pieces of data which are downloaded or stored on your computer or other device, that can be tied to information about your use of our Site. Examples of information of this type are your IP address, the browser you are using, the operating system you are using, and the pages on the Site that you visit. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser session. We may also collect information from publicly available sources. While you are able to contact us via email or telephone using the phone and email icons on the Site, the Site does not collect any other information from you.
We may need to collect and use your personal information to enter into an engagement or agreement with you, to perform an engagement or agreement that you have with us, to communicate with you regarding information that may be pertinent to you in connection with our engagement or agreement with you, and to provide updates and other important information about RLG.
We also act as a legal service provider for third parties. In such capacity we may come into contact with personal information that is collected by others but which we process in order to perform our contractual and ethical obligations to the data controller who collected the information.
If you inquire about a career at RLG, you have the option of sending to us a resume containing personal information about you and which we will use solely for employment evaluation purposes. Providing this information is completely voluntary. Please do not submit sensitive personal information to us.
Our Site is a general audience site and does not offer services directed to children. Should an individual whom we know to be a child under age 18 send personal information to us, we will delete or destroy such information as soon as reasonably possible.

3. California Do Not Track Disclosure. RLG does not track users’ activity across websites and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track browser settings.
Retention Periods and Protection of Your Personal Information
We retain the personal information we collect for so long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the information was collected, to perform our contractual, legal and ethical obligations, and for any applicable statute of limitations periods.

This includes, when required or as we deem appropriate and feasible under the circumstances, written commitments from third parties that may have access to your information that they will protect the information with safeguards that are substantially equivalent to those used by RLG.
